PricingFrom $29-49/mo, unlimited users and bookings included

Editor's takeZenbooker breaks from the per-seat pricing most scheduling tools use, offering unlimited staff accounts and bookings starting at $29 a month. Its territory engine lets a business draw a geofence, set a radius, or upload a zip code list, and the booking widget automatically blocks requests outside that area, a feature usually reserved for enterprise logistics software. The tradeoffs are technical, since the mobile app is a Progressive Web App rather than a native download, Google Calendar sync can lag up to 12 hours, and there is no direct QuickBooks or Xero integration without Zapier.

How much does Zenbooker cost?

Plans start at $29 per month and include unlimited bookings, unlimited staff accounts, and credit card processing. Unlike many competitors, pricing is territory-based rather than per user, so adding team members does not increase the monthly cost.

Does Zenbooker have a native mobile app?

No. The mobile experience is a Progressive Web App rather than a native iOS or Android store app, which some users find less performant. Google Calendar sync can also lag by up to 12 hours due to Google's own refresh limits.

Editor's takeCalendly is the default scheduling tool for a reason: 20 million users, 86% of the Fortune 500, and revenue that topped $276 million in 2023. Its free plan is genuinely usable, and paid tiers add round-robin routing and CRM sync with Salesforce and HubSpot. Two gaps stand out: new users cannot connect iCloud or Apple Calendar since August 2024, and HIPAA compliance requires the roughly $15,000-a-year Enterprise plan.

Can I connect Apple Calendar to Calendly?

Not if you are a new user. As of August 20, 2024, Calendly no longer allows new users to connect iCloud or Apple Calendar accounts.

Is Calendly HIPAA compliant?

Only on the Enterprise plan. A Business Associate Agreement is available to eligible Enterprise customers, but is typically unavailable on other plans, per a compliance review.

The mobile app holds a 4.9-star rating across more than 169,000 reviews, among the highest in the category. Questions people ask

Can customers book Wix appointments from Google?

Yes. Wix Bookings syncs availability to Google Search, Maps, and Google AI Mode about every 30 minutes, letting customers convert search traffic into bookings directly.

Does Wix Bookings charge extra fees?

On lower tiers, yes. The Core plan charges a 4% transaction fee on membership and pricing plan revenue, which drops to 2% on the Business plan.

Does Acuity have a free plan?

No permanent free plan exists, only a 7-day free trial. Paid plans run from $16 a month for Emerging to $49 a month for Powerhouse.

Is Acuity HIPAA compliant?

Yes, but only on the Powerhouse plan, where Acuity will sign a Business Associate Agreement to support HIPAA Security Rule compliance.

What happens to customers who abandon a booking?

Scheduling Pro captures incomplete booking sessions and sends them to ServiceTitan as leads, so staff can follow up on customers who did not finish scheduling.

How much does ServiceTitan Scheduling Pro cost?

Pricing is not published. Third-party estimates put per-user costs between $125 and $398 a month, plus setup fees typically between $1,000 and $3,000.

How is the best Appointment Scheduling & Booking Tools for Contractors decided?

Every product is scored on six criteria for this category, with cited evidence and documented penalties. Rank follows the overall score. Vendors cannot pay for a position.

How often is this ranking updated?

Products are re-scored when pricing, features or evidence change. This ranking was last updated July 11, 2026.
